Pre-Order Policy

Pre-orders allow you to secure selected House of Akwaaba items before they become available for immediate delivery.

Payment & Final Sale:
Full payment is required when placing a pre-order. All pre-orders are final sales and are non-refundable. Once an order is placed, cancellations or reductions to the order will not be accepted.

Updates & Delivery:
Customers will receive general updates on the progress of their pre-order and will be contacted once the item is ready. Please remain available to receive these updates and arrange delivery or collection.

Adding to Your Order:
You may add to your existing pre-order by increasing the quantity ordered or adding items from our Available Now collection. Where possible, additional items may be delivered together with your pre-order.

Pre-order timelines may vary depending on production, sourcing and availability. Estimated timelines are indicative and not guaranteed.
