International Orders Policy

House of Akwaaba welcomes orders from customers outside Ghana. International orders are subject to the following terms:

Time Differences & Communication:
Due to differences in time zones, responses and order updates may not be immediate. We will respond and provide updates within our applicable business hours.

Payment:
International payments may be processed through approved third-party payment platforms. House of Akwaaba is not responsible for delays, failed transactions, additional charges or errors caused by a payment provider, bank or other third party.

Shipping & Delivery:
International orders will be shipped using the available shipping method agreed for the order. Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, customs clearance, public holidays, weather, flight schedules or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customs & Additional Charges:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or other charges imposed by the destination country.

Third-Party Delays or Errors:
House of Akwaaba is not responsible for delays, losses, failed deliveries or additional costs arising from third-party payment providers, shipping companies, customs authorities or incorrect information supplied by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information and should remain available to receive communications regarding their order.
